Speed Training - Week 14

Treadmill speed training this morning was challenging, but not because of the routine.  Having sat on my largest muscle for 4 days while camping didn't help my training any.  That being said - the treadmill speedwork prescribed for today was done, and 2 more training miles will get done in the humidity outside ... need to get used to the warmer temps.

Not really looking forward to doing the Corporate Challenge 5K this Saturday, but I'll show up and do my part :)
